2010 dieting
Who wants to join me doing excersices this year and losing some 2009 fat!!! I’m serious if I could be accountable to someone to help me it would be easier to do!!! If you are interested please let me know and we’ll get some guidelines set up. I’m not interested in doing something dramatic but just being disiplined and making sure you do excersices either everyday or a couple times a week.

I’m all in….I’m so fed up with this baby fat! I was actually about 3 #s lighter while I was nursing the twins ;( so after this week end it’s all over, but the cravings….I have a Ladies Retreat the end of this month as a goal to get me moving! But I’d totally be into just being more fit all the way around this year…so let me know what you come up with.
Me too, walking in this snow isn’t the greatest but I enjoy it once I get out in it, why does it take so much effort to excersise? Tell me to get moving:D
We have a diet group on the mom board you can join if this doesn’t work out for you.
